Samuel "Sam" McIntosh

Samuel “Sam” McIntosh, 20, passed away on March 30, 2026. He was born on November 28, 2005, in Wichita, Kansas.

After graduating from high school, Sam attended some vocational technical classes and eventually began working as a heavy machine operator. In his free time, Sam enjoyed playing video games, especially Call of Duty, and staying active through sports like disc golf and basketball. He had a deep love for the outdoors, whether he was fishing or riding four-wheelers. Sam also cherished quiet moments watching movies with his significant other, Taylor. He was known for his love of chocolate milk and his easygoing, fun-loving personality.

One of Sam’s greatest accomplishments and sources of pride was being a father to his son, Greyson, whom he loved dearly.

Sam is survived by his significant other, Taylor King; his son, Greyson McIntosh; his mother, Amy Kline; and his siblings: Shawnecey McIntosh (Kyleigh Collins), Trenton Samples, Tristan McIntosh (Haiden), Cheyenne Kline (Kevin), and Dustin Kline.

He was preceded in death by his father, Matthew McIntosh.
