Henry Keith Murphy, 57, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2019 at his home in Osage City.
He was born May 9, 1962 in Prescott, Arizona, the son of James Wesley Murphy and Lorie Havlick. He was a iron worker and finish carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Debra of the home; three sons, David Lee Murphy, Michael White and J.D. White, all of Arizona.
Cremation will take place and family will have a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
