Clifford Davis

Clifford P. Davis, 81, Osage City, KS passed away December 29, 2015 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka. He was born on April 21, 1934 in Barclay, Kansas, the youngest of ten children of Merna and Mary Elizabeth Davis. Clifford lived his entire life in the Barclay/Osage City area where he worked at the family dairy farm. He was a graduate of Osage City High School. Clifford was a gentle, fun loving person who took his joy from time spent with family and friends. Clifford is survived by his twin brother, Clyde (Leota) Davis of Rome, GA and his sister, Wilma Hambelton of Lenexa, KS and beloved uncle of 41 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Philip Davis, Owen Davis and Wayne Davis and sisters Lucille Christiason, Elizabeth Burris, Loretta Turner and Imogene Obermeier. Visitation will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 3:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Osage City, KS. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Osage City, KS
