Osage City

Brandy Rene’e Mullins, 41, of Osage City, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026.

Brandy was born September 21, 1984, in Topeka, the daughter of Michael Allen Mullins and Candace Miller. Brandy spent her life in Osage City, where she built deep roots and even deeper connection with everyone lucky enough to know her.

She graduated from Osage City High School. She worked for St. Francis Hospital clinics as a licensed practical nurse.

Brandy was a light in every room she entered. She was full of joy, love, and excitement, and she carried the energy into everything she did. She had a heart that knew no limits, always showing up, always giving and always putting others before herself. Whether you were family, a friend, or even a stranger. Brandy made you feel seen, loved, and important.

Her love for her family and friends ran deeper than words con describe. She was the kind of person who would drop everything to be there for someone, no matter what. Her laughter, her kindness, and her genuine spirit left a lasting mark on everyone she met.

To her daughter, Trinity, she was more than a mother. She was everything. She was a best friend, a safe place, and a constant source of love and strength. That bond was unbreakable and will continue to live on forever.

Brandy also shared a special connection with her son-in-law, Wyatt, and found so much joy and pride in her grandchildren, Abraham and Skarlette, who were truly the light of her life.

Brandy is survived by her loving daughter, Trinity Mullins; her son-in-law, Wyatt; her cherished grandchildren, Abraham and Skarlette; her mother, Candance Noonan and her husband, Kenny; along with her sister, Kelly Lee; and nephews, Dallas, Kaiden, and Sawyer, and many extended family members and friends who loved her deeply.

Brandy will be remembered for her beautiful heart, her unwavering love, and the way she made everyone feel like family. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will never fade.
