Obituary for Ann Hernandez:

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ann Hernandez, who left this world on July 2, 2024. Ann was born on January 25, 1954, and she lived a life filled with love, dedication, and cherished moments with her beloved family.

Ann was a dedicated professional who found fulfillment in her work. She began her career at I.B.P in Emporia before joining Modine Manufacturing in 1985. Her commitment to excellence shone through as she dedicated herself to her work until her well-deserved retirement in 2005. Even after retirement, she continued to stay active by working part-time at Emporia Wholesale.

However, Ann's true joy came from her family. She married the love of her life, Robert Hernandez, on April 21, 1974, at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada. They embarked on a journey together that led them from Las Vegas to Emporia, Kansas in 1980. Since 1995, their home has been a place filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Recently celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary with a memorable trip through Nevada, Northern California, Oregon, and Vancouver British Columbia, Ann and Robert's bond only grew stronger over the years. Ann's loving spirit will forever be remembered by her devoted husband Robert; sons Brian Hernandez of Washington, Missouri and Chris Hernandez of Emporia; her mother Mary Ann Morgan of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister Mary McNeely of Las Vegas; and brother Billy Morgan of Las Vegas.

While we mourn Ann's passing, we take solace in knowing that she is now reunited with her father William Morgan; twin siblings, sister Pam Hannold  brother, Pat Morgan, and another brother, David Morgan. Their memories will forever be cherished alongside the legacy of love and kindness that Ann leaves behind.

In our hearts and minds, Ann will always remain a beacon of light whose kindness touched all those who were fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in eternal peace knowing that she was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of sharing in her life's journey.
