Roberta Elaine Dowell Thomson Howard

Roberta Dowell Thomson-Howard, 90, passed away quietly Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She and her husband Andrew had been uprooted from their home in Rockport, Texas by hurricane Harvey’s destruction and had been living in shelters throughout the area. She will live on in the hearts of her husband, Andrew; two children, Oneta (Dowell) Lindbloom and Raymond Lindbloom both of Topeka; three granddaughters and eight greatgrandchildren.  Memorial services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the Jones VanArsdale Funeral Home in Lebo. Inurnment will take place at Lincoln Cemetery in Lebo. Memorial contributions may be made to the Samaritan's Purse or the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund and sent in care of the funeral home.
