Michael "Putz" Hutchinson

Michael Gene Hutchinson, 41, passed away Friday, May 1, 2015 in Toronto, Kansas, He was born March 12, 1974 in Casper, Wyoming the son of Allen and Rose Hendriksen Hutchinson. Michael grew up in Evanston, Wyoming and began working for Northern Pipeline in 1997. He moved to Kansas in 1998 and became a certified pipe fitter. He worked throughout southeast Kansas constructing local bridges. He later worked at Zachery Iron in Chanute and Cando Plastics in Eureka. He most recently held the position of head cook at the Copper Kettle in Eureka. Michael will remain in the hearts of his wife, Joni of the home; daughter, Alexis Hutchinson and son Tristan Hutchison of the home; parents, Allen and Rose Hutchinson of Evanston, Wyoming; sisters Pam Warner and Chris Passey of Evanston, Wyoming and Tara Smith of Toronto, Kansas; five brothers, Dale Passey of Evanston , Wyoming,Gary Passey of Utah, Lonnie Passey, John Passey and Tom Passey of Evanston, Wyoming. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Cowboy Church and the Arena of Life in Toronto. Cremation will follow services. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Michael G. Hutchinson Memorial Fund and sent in care of the VanArsdale Funeral Home of Madison.
