Mary "Faith" Stair

Mary “Faith” Stair, 89 of Emporia, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Holiday Resort.  Faith was born July 7, 1929 in Ukiah, California the daughter of Ray and Mary Van Allen   Wilson  Faith was joined in marriage to Carol E. “Gene” Stair on February 15, 1969 in Seattle, Washington.  They enjoyed over forty five years of marriage until  Gene’s passing on August 9, 2014. Faith and Gene were members of the Victory Fellowship.  Faith and Gene traveled throughout the world while working for Boeing. She retired from her secretarial position  on February 1, 1990.  She will live on in the hearts of her step-son, Jeff Stair of Tacoma, Washington; a sister, Nan Davidson and her husband Otto of California; her church family at Victory Fellowship; her extended family and numerous dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents and a step-daughter, Amanda “Gail” Stair. Faith’s life will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Victory Fellowship.
